- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs (like basil, oregano, parsley, or dill), to taste, optional
