Quinoa Salad – Ultimate Reset

If it wasn’t for the Ultimate Reset, I would never choose to make a quinoa salad. I’ve only made quinoa a handful of times and it was never a great experience. This, however, is a game changer.


  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tbsp kalamata olives, chopped
  • Mint leaves, 1 tbsp finely chopped
  • Parsley leaves, 2 tbsp finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Himalayan sea salt, to taste
  • Bragg Liquid Amino, to taste


  1. Toss all together.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
