Oatmeal with Blueberries – Ultimate Reset

This breakfast is in Phase 1 of the Ultimate Reset. And the recipe for this type of oatmeal made me fall in love with blueberries! I have a new obsession! Usually I am a strawberry only type of girl!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (also can use steel-cut oats)
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch of himalayan salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water on stove.
  2. Add salt and rolled oats.
  3. Stir frequently for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add blueberries.
