Micro green Salad – Ultimate Reset

One of my favorite recipes that I’ve made a few times throughout the entire 3 phases of the Ultimate Reset.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper, chopped
  • 3 cups baby salad greens
  • 1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp, dressing of choice

You can also add some cooked quinoa for extra deliciousness!

Directions

  1. Toss all together and enjoy!!
