When it comes to party appetizers, most people choose the chicken wings or the buffalo chicken dip or the fried bang bang shrimp (YUM!). There are very limited healthy choices. But these, my friends, are always a hit! And so simple!
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mozzarella balls
- Basil leaves
- Balsamic dressing
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half. This will allow the sticks to stand upright.
- Add mozzarella ball, basil, then half tomato to toothpick.
- Drizzle them all with balsamic dressing!
Your guests will love them!
