- Cook the veggies in the pan. For this omelet, I added green peppers, fresh spinach, mushrooms, red onion, tomatoes, and turkey bacon.
- Add eggs, scrambled.
- Flip and add cheddar cheese.
- Cover with lid and remove from heat.
- Once fully melted, add to a plate.
- Salt and pepper, if desired.
