Veggie & Cheddar Omelette

You can do pretty much anything you want with an omelet! The opportunities are endless… and delicious, of course!


  1. Cook the veggies in the pan. For this omelet, I added green peppers, fresh spinach, mushrooms, red onion, tomatoes, and turkey bacon.
  2. Add eggs, scrambled.
  3. Flip and add cheddar cheese.
  4. Cover with lid and remove from heat.
  5. Once fully melted, add to a plate.
  6. Salt and pepper, if desired.
